Group rates for the apartment are $225-300 per night, and from $1500 to $1900 per week depending on season.
High season is May 1 to October 31; Low season is November 1 to April 30.
all rates are plus sales and lodging taxes @ 5.7%.
Discounts are available for longer stays. Minimum number of days in high season is 3, in low season is 2. We can occasionally be flexible on the number of minimum days - please check with us! Please contact us for details.

Estes Park Vacation Rental
Active at Altitude has a complete private guest apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms situated on the lower level of our magnificent mountain lodge. The pictures tell a story but don't reflect the true size of the rooms -they are cavernous! The apartment has it's own private entrance that is accessed by illuminated easy steps leading down the West side of the lodge. This is an ideal accommodation set up for groups up to 8 people. There is also a pull out sofa in the living room that sleeps a further 2, making the maximum number of guests 10. Read what our previous guests have said about this beautiful apartment here>>.

Queen sized sleigh style bed, and shares a bathroom / shower with bunk room. The room is spacious , and also has a 7 drawer chest with a large mirror. There are twin bedside tables with individual lamps. The room also has it's own access door to the private lower level deck. |

Two double bunk beds, and shares a bathroom / shower with the queen room. There is a large walk in closet and has it's own door to the shared bathroom. The bunk beds are doweled for strength and security and have side boards to help prevent rollover and out! |

We also provide salt & pepper, flour, sugar and basic essentials to get you started. Each of the 2 bathrooms has a full bath, shower, toilet and hand basin. There are separate washer and dryer units in the bathroom shared by the queen and bunk bedrooms. |

There is a private full deck for the lower level with gas grill and seating. An ideal place to sit out and relax after an active day out! Great suntrap, and is an ideal place to watch the wildlife strolling by, or the humming birds with their aerial acrobatics! This view is from the west side of the deck and shows the private entrance into the apartment. |
