This amazing wellness week is an opportunity of a lifetime. Come and experience guided cardio and strength sessions, relax with amazing mountain views, enjoy delicious and nutritious meals, all based at a majestic mountain lodge in Estes Park, Colorado.
This incredible week in the Rocky Mountains is for moderately to highly fit women of 45 years and over. The event takes place in an intimate group setting with individualized activities created for women by women.
The schedule includes:
Rates from $2000 to $2750 per person depending on occupancy
Inclusive of all accommodations, nutritionally balanced meals, camp transport, outdoor and indoor activities.
Note this camp is limited to 8 particpants.
