October - Friday 15 - Sunday 17 2010
Fall is a beautiful time in Estes Park and the Rocky Mountains. Glorious colors, cooler days and clear trails before the snows come!

Workshop sessions will cover trail running techniques, gear, form, nutrition, etc.
Rates are $335 per person sharing - double room / $305 per person sharing -
tri-room / $285 per person sharing - bunk room - rates include rooms for 2 nights, all meals, workshops, floor session, runs, water, etc.

Testimonials

"The best part of the Active at Altitude experience however, is the atmosphere and tone that Terry and Jacqui set with their hospitable and relaxed attitude, inviting all into a family-like setting so that everyone soon finds themselves both at ease and able to enjoy their fellow participants. It makes the whole experience a joy and allows you to focus on your running and learning so that you come away with so much more."
